The Japan Tourism Agency requires tourists without a permanent address in Japan to provide their passport, phone number, and address. Please submit the passport (photo page) for all guests.
We will not provide or disclose collected personal information to any third party except for the necessary range of purposes. （You may place your watermark on the passport, but do not obscure any information.）
Once the form is completed, I will send you the check-in password one day before your stay.
